A user with organization identity, as with personal identity, has a GNOSS menu to access his inbox, his profile, the profile of his organization and to see who his organization contacts are, but also to know in which communities he participates representing his organization and which blogs he has created or can edit on behalf of his company.

Therefore, you can access the same utilities as with personal identity but there is a difference to keep in mind: a user with organization identity participates in GNOSS on behalf of his organization and therefore is subject to the guidelines established by it. The organization account manager  is the person who decides the participation mode of the organization (personal or corporate), who the users of that account  are and which of its users will represent the organization in the different GNOSS communities where the organization is involved.

From "My profile" you can manage your digital identity in GNOSS. In the editor of biographies you can create as many biographies as you want and share them with the different communities. In "Home" you can view these biographies and see how you are introducing yourself in each community where you collaborate.

You also have a personal space for resources to manage your intellectual heritage. You can create an index of categories to organize your knowledge and choose what knowledge you make public (visible to other users GNOSS on your profile) and what you kept private so only you can see it. You can also share your resources with the communities where you participate. These communities are listed in the "communities" tab while your contributions in GNOSS (digital documents, comments, etc.) will be recorded in the "contributions" tab.

Finally, in "edit profile" you can modify and update your registration details.

From your personal menu in GNOSS you can access your inbox, your profile and see your contacts in MyGNOSS, but also know what communities you participate in and what blogs you are creator or editor of. It is also the place where you can manage your identities in GNOSS.
In short, it is the menu that lets you move through the different GNOSS spaces with the identity you want (if you have one or more organizational identities, apart from your personal identity). For this reason, this menu is always with you in any GNOSS space (MyGNOSS, communities, blogs, etc.), but you need to display it to see it. How? You have to go to the blue box with your name and click on the little triangle next to it.
