Esta ponencia del congreso (School of the future. World summit 2008) expone la fueste apuesta estratégica a favor del e-learning que se sigue en Korea, hasta tal punto que existe un proyecto de Sistema de Aprendizaje en casa cibernético:"The Cyber Home Learning System for Primary and Secondary Students is a project of the Korean Ministry of Education and Human Resources and the Korea Education and Research Information Service (KERIS).
